Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition
- With all original tags still attached
- In the original packaging (where applicable)
Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order:

Please include your order number and the reason for your return. We will get back to you within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item you received was defective or incorrect. In that case, we will cover the return shipping cost.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please note that it may take a few additional business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@clascet.store with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
