  1. Where We Ship

We currently ship exclusively within Germany. We do not ship to other countries at this time.

  1. Shipping Cost

Shipping is completely free on all orders. No minimum order value required.

  1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  1. Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery within Germany is typically 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or high-demand periods.

  1. Order Confirmation & Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

  1. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.

  1. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@clascet.store with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
