These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the CLASCET online store and the purchase of products through it. By accessing our store or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

  1. Products

We sell men's clothing including shoes, jackets, pants, blazers, and related accessories. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products at any time without prior notice.

All product images are for illustrative purposes. While we make every effort to display colors and details accurately, slight variations may occur due to screen settings.

  1. Orders & Contract

By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

  1. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT where required. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

  1. Payment

We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. Payment is due at the time of placing your order. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider.

  1. Shipping

We ship exclusively within Germany. Shipping is free on all orders. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times will be communicated at checkout and in your order confirmation.

  1. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

  1. Warranty & Liability

We are liable for defective goods in accordance with applicable statutory provisions. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at support@clascet.store within 14 days of delivery.

Our liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on this store — including logos, images, text, and designs — is the property of CLASCET LLC and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without prior written consent.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to CLASCET LLC's operations. For customers in Germany, mandatory consumer protection provisions under German and EU law shall apply and take precedence.
